How far do you travel?

We are located in Western Maine and proudly serve all over Maine and New England - including near Bethel, Sugarloaf, Rangeley, and surrounding areas. Outside of a 40 mile radius there will be additional charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. Date in which full payment is due depends on the event services you book. We will discuss these details during our contract process.

How far in advance do you start setting up before the event?

Our team will come 1-2 hours prior to the event depending on the guest count to set up. We will discuss the entire timeline when service is ordered including set-up and clean-up.

Will you do a custom theme or event not listed?

Absolutely! We love creating! We can discuss the ideas you have and talk about timelines, any additional charges, and availability all during this time!

Do I need to think about any permits or licenses?

It all depends on the location of your event. I am well-versed in what is needed at each location and will be sure to let you know what is required or prohibited at the location of your choice.

Do you work with any outside vendors?

Yes! I have a list of recommended and preferred vendors. Based on your event needs, I will be able to help facilitate the partnership with vendors.

Can I bring my own food to the event?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food, remember all luxury picnic packages include a charcuterie board of your choice along with a specialty beverage.

Do you provide food for catering?

We do! Charcuterie style food, breakfast and dessert items. We also partner with many local businesses and local catering. We can provide recommendations during our time together!

Can you or I bring alcohol to the event?

It depends on the location of your event. Alcohol is prohibited in public settings per Maine’s open container law, however if you are on private property you are welcome to provide your own. We can discuss beverage options during our time together, and we do offer specialty mocktails and garnishes, juices, lemonade etc. as well.

Do I have to clean any of the plates, glasses or flatware?

You don’t. You get to enjoy the event and we take care of the mess!

What happens if there is inclement weather with an outdoor event or traveling to an event?

If the weather is not cooperating, our team will happily move your picnic service indoors or can be rescheduled to the nearest available date with both the client and business approval.

Can we leave sooner than our scheduled time?

You are responsible for all rental equipment for the duration of your scheduled time. If you are running late or decide you would like to leave early please call us and wait for us to arrive.

Yes! We would be happy to connect you to recommended photographers in our area or the area of your service.
